PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

• Custom color hair - Please allow 7-10 business days for color hair orders to be individually prepped,color, dry and shipped. These options are made to order and process starts the next business day you place order.

Solid Colors Request - These aren't available for same-day shipping, because hair have to be dyed according to the customers request before it ships.

Ombre Coloring Request- Please allow 7-10 business days for the hair ombre to your liking and delivered if the color is on the coloring chart. These aren't available for same-day shipping, because we have to ombre the hair according to the customer's request before it shipped.

Weekend orders will be processed on the next business day. This means any orders processed after 4 pm central time will not start processing until next business day ,after processing orders are then packaged along with a tracking number to all customers
